Refund Policy

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return and refund request, please contact us at support@mysticstore.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed guidelines and a return address.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days.

Return Requirements

To process your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your replacement request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if your order was lost in transit. If you need to replace an item for one of these reasons, please contact us at support@mysticstore.co.

Order Delays

Cancellations

We allow cancellations before the order is dispatched at no extra costs. If your package is already en route, you can proceed with our standard return process once you receive it (you can find more information in our return policy).

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a replacement credit equal to the value of the item. Once the returned item is received, a replacement certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will send the replacement credit to the purchaser and notify them of the process.
