Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING BEYOND WHAT THE FREE METHOD OF ENTRY PROVIDES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Mystic Odyssey Tokyo Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Eternal LLC, doing business as Mystic, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA ("Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Shopify or Klaviyo.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of any country who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence if higher, at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void in the Province of Quebec (Canada), Italy, Brazil, and in any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions), and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with local law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 9, 2026 at the time these rules are posted and ends on November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("ET") (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. The "Drop Window" runs from November 8, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET to November 10, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET (48 hours).

4. How to Enter

There are three ways to earn entries during the Sweepstakes Period:

1. Waitlist entry. Join the Odyssey waitlist on any Odyssey product page at mysticstore.co by selecting a size and submitting a valid email address. You receive 1 entry, once per person, regardless of how many products or sizes you join for.
2. Order entries. Place an order on mysticstore.co during the Sweepstakes Period. Each order placed during the Drop Window earns 10 entries; each order placed outside the Drop Window earns 5 entries.
3. Free entries (no purchase). Submit the free entry form at mysticstore.co/pages/tokyo-free-entry, as described in Section 7. Each request earns the same number of entries as one order placed at the same time.

5. Entry Requirements

You must use your own valid email address; the email address used to join the waitlist, place an order or submit the free entry form identifies the entrant. Entries generated by script, bot, macro or any automated means, or through multiple or fake identities or email addresses, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or undeliverable entries.

6. Entry Limits

There is no limit on the number of order entries. Free entry requests are limited to one (1) per person per day, each worth the same number of entries as one order placed at the same time. The waitlist entry is limited to one per person.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded in full or charged back before the drawing do not count.

7. Free Method of Entry

To enter without purchase, complete the form at mysticstore.co/pages/tokyo-free-entry with your first and last name, email address and postal address, and confirm you meet the eligibility requirements. Each request earns 10 entries if received during the Drop Window and 5 entries otherwise. Limit one (1) free entry request per person per calendar day (ET). Free entries have the same chance of winning as entries earned through orders.

8. Drawing

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about December 1, 2026, conducted by Sponsor. The drawing may be broadcast live on Mystic's Instagram account. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the drawing and must respond within 7 days. The potential winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release, and must provide valid identification showing name, age and country of residence. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from remaining eligible entries.

10. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: a trip to Tokyo, Japan for one (1) person, consisting of one (1) round-trip economy-class airfare from a major commercial airport near the winner's residence, selected by Sponsor, to Tokyo, and five (5) nights' hotel accommodation (one double room), selected by Sponsor. Approximate retail value: US$3,500; actual value varies with departure city and travel dates, and any difference is not awarded.

Travel must be completed between January 1, 2027 and June 30, 2027, excluding holiday and blackout periods, on dates approved by Sponsor. The winner is responsible for a valid passport, any visa, travel insurance, ground transportation, meals, and all other expenses not listed. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution by the winner; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable.

11. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all taxes on the prize. A U.S. winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value of the prize and must provide a valid taxpayer identification number before the prize is awarded. A winner outside the U.S. is responsible for any taxes or duties in their country.

12. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the event. Except where prohibited, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness and city/country of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.

13. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates and their officers, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance, use or misuse of the prize, including travel. Sponsor is not responsible for flight delays or cancellations, hotel changes, or travel restrictions outside its control.

14. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes and, for entrants who join the waitlist, to send Mystic marketing emails, from which they can unsubscribe at any time. See Mystic's privacy policy at mysticstore.co/policies/privacy-policy.

15. Disputes and Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

16. Winner List

For the winner's first name and country, send an email to support@mysticstore.co with the subject "Odyssey Winner List" by January 31, 2027.
